Production Process

PLANNING AND DESIGN

ELECTRIC BOARD DESIGN

ATCE ENERJİ boards are designed and projected in line with the demands and needs of our customers by using the e-plan board design program in our project unit consisting of expert electrical engineers in the field during the proposal phase. After the necessary revisions are made and approval is received from our customers, the projects that are turned into orders are directed to our mechanical project design unit consisting of our mechatronics, mechanical and civil engineers to prepare them for production. Here, the carcass drawings detailed through the Solid Works program are translated into the machine language that will enable them to be processed in our CNC Punch machines and thus made ready for production.

 

MONTAGE OF CARCASS

MECHANICAL PRODUCTION

Our board carcasses are produced by our technicians and craftsmen with vocational training certificates in the mechanical department of our factory. After the sheets with quality certificates selected in thickness and specifications suitable for the project are processed in punch machines, they undergo micro, folding, laser welding (only when necessary for the project) and electrostatic painting processes respectively, with intermediate controls at every stage. All processed parts are assembled in accordance with the project and carcass installation is realized. The carcasses with final control are shipped to the electrical department.

 

ELECTRICAL MONTAGE AND CABLING

ELECTRICAL PRODUCTION

In the electrical department, the installation of switchgear and consumables and cabling operations are carried out by our electrical technicians and technicians using the three-line and single-line diagrams prepared by our project unit through the e-plan program. For the cabling process, the ferrule and luging processes of the cables are carried out in the ferrule machine, while the copper busbars are processed in the busbar processing machine and then tinned in the tin facility in our factory. All the materials we use are selected from brands with quality certificates by obtaining the approval of our customers during the project design phase.

 

TESTING AND QUALITY CONTROL

ELECTRICAL BOARD QUALITY CONTROL

The board, whose electrical montage is completed, is tested by our electrical control engineer with calibrated electrical test equipment. Multi-stage tests consisting of routine verification tests, Insulation(Dielectric) test and function control tests in accordance with TS EN 61439-1-2 Standard are applied to all boards after each manufacturing. In line with the demands of our customers, all tests are repeated in the presence of an independent controller during factory acceptance.

 

PACKAGING AND SHIPMENT

ELECTRIC BOARD SHIPMENT

Our logistics unit offers reliable, fast and economical transportation solutions to our customers before shipment. Our boards, whose testing processes are completed, are packaged and made ready for shipment in accordance with the procedure after passing the final control process before the package. Our boards are loaded safely and undamaged and all these processes are documented with photos and videos. In addition, in order for our customers not to have any problems during the delivery of the boards, shipment instructions, relevant photos and videos are sent to our customers by e-mail.
